 Corporate Trainer

  • The Corporate Trainer will instruct the internal / external developers and consultants on various topics including (but not limited to) Java, J2EE, AppServers, Web Services, CRM Applications, CRM Development / Configuration / Integration etc., using preset / developed / customised training material. Should be able to talk fluently, confidently and handle classes as well as lab sessions. .
  • It is expected that the trainer assists with the development, maintenance and customization of training material and provide field support as needed. Other duties include assisting in lab setups (if any), preparation of technical and training documentation, assisting with Business Analyst functions, and assisting with QA & testing of software updates.

  • Carry out Requirement Analysis.

  • Once the requirements are escalated, come out with Use-Case Model and related Use-Cases.
  • Come out with Vision Statement and Glossary document for the entire project.
  • After the customer reviews the Use-Cases and Use-Case Model both are base-lined for development.
  • Guide development team in co-operation with Project Manager to develop customer centric solution.
  • Any issues related to functional requirement are clarified with client through BA.
  • BA has got the authority to review the Unit Test Cases written by developer and Test cases written by testers.
  • Once the solution is developed by Developers and tested by testers BA tests the software for functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance and Supportability.
  • Once the BA ensures that the solution development is as per the requirement of the customer then implementation will be made at the client place under the observation of the BA.
  • Graduates in any discipline
  • Academic qualification pertaining to the domain/function e.g. MBBS, MBA (Material Management), etc.
  • 2 + years of experience in the relevant field/domain if accompanied with related academic qualifications OR
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

 Delivery Manager

  • Internal resource planning,
  • Implementation and managing customers during the delivery of new software solutions, installs or software upgrades on client site.
  • Managing project budgets, taking a lead in the integration of the new systems and effectively managing issues and risks to minimize the impact on project delivery.
  • Working to strict processes and procedures within the local government/public sector you will be the main project contact and deliver true customer service.
  • You will be accountable to the Technical Director, work alongside the Software Project Manager and Account Managers to indirectly manage the day to day task of a development team.
  • The role will also encompass elements of support as the entire clients experience will be your responsibility and managed by you in a professional manner.
  • The most important aspect of the role is to deliver pieces of work, to budget, service levels, time scales and company standards, surpassing the clients’ expectations.
  • The applicant will have a proven track record in the delivery of software deployment and implementation projects from conception to completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA
  • Academic qualification pertaining to the domain/function e.g. MBBS, MBA (Material Management), etc.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Have the capability of leading significant, end to end, multi site/multi country CRMOD implementations.
  • Must have been the lead project manager (and successfully completed) on at least 4/5+ end to end, major system implementations

  • Should have done rigorous hiring for IT company or IT positions through Recruitment firm
  • Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Detailed analysis of the JD to understand the client’s requirement thoroughly.
  • Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
  • Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
  • Scheduling the short listed profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
  • Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on-boarding
  • Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.
